What do I do if my shoes don't fit me or are not what I expected?

Simply send the heels back in the same packaging and fill in the returns sheet provided you can either ask for a refund or an exchange. Remember that exchanges are free so you save on postage. 

How long will it take for my heels to arrive? 

If your heels are in stock delivery takes 2-3 working days however for heels not in stock you can email me at admin@forbiddenheels.co.uk or text me on 07853300265 to see how long the wait for your heels will be.

What if I need the heels for a certain date? 

If you have a special occasion coming up that you need the heels for make sure you order them well in advance just to be on the safe side. If the heels are in stock and you need them fast delivery i do offer a next day delivery service.

I need a certain style or colour that I can't find on the website? 

If you are after a certain color or design email me a with a description or a photo of what you are looking for and I will try my best to find you a similar match. Please note that these heels will take 3 weeks to arrive so make sure you order well in advance. 

I'm not sure what size I am? 

Please refer to the sizing guide in the 'Forbidden Information' menu. 
 

Do you do international shipping? 

Yes International shipping is no problem at all. I always send my international packages the safest and most secure way so your heels are in the safest of hands. International shipping starts at £13.60 but may go up slightly depending on how many heels you order.  

Do I have to pay postage on the accessories? 

 If you have purchased a pair of heels postage on all accessories are free no matter how many you order! However if you are buying accessories only there will be a postage cost.
