- 30 days to return your unworn shoes back for an exchange
- UK delivery (2-3 days standard) is £5.49 this will increase to £5.99 if multiple shoes are ordered
- Next day delivery is £9.50 and is available (mon-Friday) UK only. Orders must be placed before 12 noon in order to receive the following day. In urgent circumstances past 12 but before 3 text me on 07853300265 to see if this can still be arranged.
- International shipping is £14.00 this will increase to £18.30 if multiple pairs are purchased (
- Shipping to South Africa is £22.00
- We use secure royal mail services for all applicable orders and use a tracked service
- Exchanges are free post but customers are responsible for the cost of returning shoes.
- We cannot offer free exchanges on international orders (excluding Ireland) however if you wish to exchange we will offer a discount of £5.00 on your exchanges.

Our made to order shoes are specially hand made so take roughly 21 days to arrive with us. Please note that due to the current coronavirus situation there may be delays that are out of our hands. Please order early during these uncertain times to avoid disappointment.
