    I have bought a pair of these boots and I had them made to fit, as I have got a wide calf, so I had them made in a 16inches calf circumference around the top and they are a lovely fit and really comfortable to wear. And I have ordered another pair ready for the winter season. I would rate these at a 10 but your rating only goes up to a 5.
